30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return or exchange:

Clothing items in original condition
Accessories with original packaging
Shoes in unworn condition
Items with original tags and labels

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear and intimate apparel
Swimwear (unless tags are still attached)
Earrings and pierced jewelry
Final sale items
Gift cards
Items marked as non-returnable

How to Return

Step 1: Initiate Return

Log in to your account and go to "My Orders". Select the order you want to return and click "Request Return". Choose your reason for return and submit the request.

Step 2: Pack Your Items

Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include all tags, labels, and accessories. Print the return label provided in your email.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your return.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: We cover all return shipping costs
Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Free Returns: Available for orders over $100

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
PayPal: 3-5 business days
Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@example.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please contact our customer service team before initiating an international return.
